Registration is on a “first come first served” basis.  You must complete your registration through successful payment to secure your participation. 

Registration is limited to tandems, triples, and quad teams.   If registering as a triple, please follow the instructions on the Verify Registration Options page to select the option for an additional stoker.  If registering as a quad team, please register as two tandem teams.

Note that uploading a team photo is required to complete the registration form. Please have one readily available.

Cancellations

Confirmed registrations will receive a full refund if cancelled before March 15, 2020. Cancellations after March 15, 2020 will receive a partial refund depending on expenses incurred by the SWTR 2020 organizers. 

Cancellations should be requested by email to admin@southwesttandemrally.com.

Dietary Restrictions

On the registration form, we ask if you have any dietary restrictions. We will notify our vendors and attempt to provide a variety of food choices but cannot accommodate every need.
